The proximity to my departure gate was really good. I reached it within minutes. The room had comfortable furniture. I also found the soundproofing very effective. I had uninterrupted rest before my next flight. The staff promptly addressed my requests for information about airport amenities.
The in-room temperature controls were somewhat complicated. I needed help adjusting them. This caused a small delay in settling in.

airport announcementinconvenient water
i was a bit let down by the noise. announcements from the airport were quite clear through the windows. the provided earplugs barely helped me, and it disrupted my rest after a long flight. also, finding an ice machine proved impossible, and i could not get extra water beyond the single bottle provided (that was inconvenient).
